Tokyo Xtreme Racer graduated from Early Access to its full 1.0 release on September 25, 2025, bringing a completed story campaign, new vehicles, expanded customization options, and New Game+ functionality. Since then, Genki has shipped a steady stream of meaningful updates. Post-launch milestones include: Guest Rival Vol. 1 DLC (October 23, 2025), a full replay theater system added in Ver. 1.3.0 (February 25, 2026), the Original Soundtrack DLC (February 25, 2026), a new MASTER-TUNE game mode in Ver. 1.4.0 (March 26, 2026), performance and UI improvements in Ver. 1.5.0 (May 28, 2026), and most recently Ver. 1.6.0 on September 25, 2026, which introduced a collaboration with MINI GT — adding four rival cars with a custom vinyl design, an exclusive battle theme, and a new drivable vehicle (Datsun Sunny Truck 1200 Long Body Deluxe). This MINI GT content is described as limited-time DLC.
