Evaluation

TOMORROW DON'T COME launched on March 5, 2018 and received consistent post-launch support throughout 2018 and into 2019, including bug fixes, feature patches, and localization updates. The developer released one free DLC — "Vicious Cycle" — on July 20, 2018, and a second — "Behind the Curtain" — on December 18, 2019. Both DLC are listed as released with no unreleased DLC remaining on the store. In a March 2019 post, the developer mentioned already knowing what their next game(s) would be and expressed hope to have something ready by the end of that year — signaling a shift in focus away from this title. No developer communications have appeared since the "Behind the Curtain" DLC launched in December 2019, and no future content for this game has been announced. The game is a short, self-contained experience by design, and all announced content has shipped. The store description presents it as a complete experience with no references to ongoing updates or additional content.

About this game

This is a experimental experience about depression. One playthrough takes about 10min, exploring everything around 30min to 1h.

I started working on this game during a very dark period in my life, which helped me getting out of there. Afterwards I spent about a year polishing everything. Feel understood if you are a sufferer of depression yourself. Gain insight into this mental health issue as someone who is not affected. Whatever it may be, I hope this experience will be some sort of help to you as well.

Features

  • A short but unique experience
  • Think outside the box to solve the "puzzles"
  • Lots of secrets to discover if you dive deeper
  • Only words will guide you through this unusual journey

If you are suffering from depression and considering suicide, please seek help.
