Total Tank Simulator

Total Tank Simulator launched on May 20, 2020 and received a steady stream of updates over the following years. The Italy DLC shipped on September 24, 2020 — the only paid DLC ever released for the game. Free content updates continued, including Steam Workshop support in late 2020, a unit editor in May 2021, and finally the Japan faction update on March 20, 2023, which added a new playable faction, 20+ units, and a new campaign act. That Japan update appears to be the last substantive content delivery for Total Tank Simulator 1. The most telling signal came on December 11, 2025, when developer Noobz from Poland announced the Tech Demo for Total Tank Simulator 2. In that post, they explicitly addressed community concerns about the original game, explaining that their publisher arrangement for TTS 1 limited how much they could update and expand it after launch — and that this is precisely why a sequel was made. This is a direct developer statement confirming that the original game's content development has ended by design, with all future efforts redirected to TTS 2. All DLC for Total Tank Simulator is released, no unreleased DLC exists on the store, and the developer has made clear that ongoing support and new content will live in the sequel. The game is complete as of the Japan update on March 20, 2023.
