Touhou Fantasia is a free-to-play fan-made Touhou bullet hell game that launched on July 19, 2019. The store description is explicit that the game contains one stage and one player character — it was designed as a compact, self-contained experience comparable to an extra stage from the official Touhou series. Post-launch, the game received several patches: a spell practice mode and time challenge mode were added in December 2019 (v1.10), a crossover costume was added in January 2023 (v1.20), a control responsiveness improvement arrived in August 2023 (v1.22), and a minor bug fix was pushed on August 27, 2024. The only DLC — a fan pack — released on July 23, 2019, just four days after launch. No further DLC has been announced or listed. The July 31, 2026 news post announcing "SlimeStorm Danmaku Editor" is a promotion for a separate product on Steam (App ID 4564980), not new content for Touhou Fantasia. Similarly, the 2022 and 2024 posts announcing Project Beril and 东方希莲船 ~ Ultimate Fatal Octopus are for other standalone games by the same developer. None of these represent additions to Touhou Fantasia itself. The game's stated design as a single-stage experience, the absence of any content roadmap or future content announcements, and a history of only maintenance-level patches after the January 2023 crossover costume addition all indicate the game shipped as a complete product. The January 23, 2023 v1.20 update represents the last meaningful content addition.
