Evaluation
Tour de France 2020 launched on August 27, 2020 as a complete, self-contained sports title covering the full 2020 race season. After release, the developer shipped one post-launch patch on September 15, 2020 addressing AI behavior, race completion bugs, and jersey licensing updates. That patch represents the last known communication from the developer for this specific title. There is no DLC listed, no unreleased content on the store, and no roadmap or promise of additional content was ever made. The March 2021 announcement of Tour de France 2021 — a separate, standalone sequel — confirms that Cyanide Studio moved on from this entry to the next annual installment. This is consistent with the annual sports game model, where each year's edition is treated as a complete, finished product at launch. No further updates or content additions have been announced for Tour de France 2020.
Evidence
Cyanide Studio announced Tour de France 2021, a separate sequel, signaling that development focus had shifted away from the 2020 edition.
Tour de France 2020 launched on Steam as a complete package covering all 21 official stages of the 2020 race.
