Tower Escape

Tower Escape launched on February 15, 2023 as a complete game — the developer explicitly stated at launch that it was "the complete game" while noting ideas for future updates. True to that word, the developer delivered a steady stream of post-launch content: a major feature patch in March 2023 (v1.10.1) adding new gems, relics, and balance improvements, followed by the largest content drop in April 2023 (v1.11.1 "If You Can't Beat Them"), which introduced a full new faction (The Exiled), new clanless minions, a god-summoning system, a meta-progression Champion system, and nearly 100 new cards. A spell-focused feature patch followed in July 2023 (v1.11.5). The most recent developer communication is a localization and bug fix update from April 6, 2026, which added full French language support and a link to the developer's new spin-off game, SnekromancY. There are no announcements of upcoming content, no unreleased DLC listed on the store, and the July 2023 spell update appears to be the last substantive content addition. The developer's attention has visibly shifted to a new project. The game has no outstanding content commitments, and the post-launch update activity has wound down to maintenance-only work. Tower Escape appears to be a complete, finished product receiving only occasional localization and bug fix attention.
