Evaluation

Toy Keeper launched into Early Access on July 17, 2026 and has been receiving a rapid and sustained stream of updates. Since the previous evaluation on August 14, 2026, three more major content updates have shipped: Early Access 0.6 (August 20, 2026) added the Steampunk Emporium — a third shop with 375 new toys, exclusive perks, and 43 achievements; Early Access 0.7 (September 16, 2026) added the Wild West Saloon — a fourth shop with 185 new toys, its own perk set, and 51 achievements; and several feature patches and bug fixes followed through September 26, 2026. The developer's stated plan from August 14, 2026 to release one new map per month has been delivered on schedule so far. The August 14, 2026 developer post also announced Halloween and Christmas themed maps, and committed to a 3D visual overhaul before the official 1.0 release, with a goal of completing the game before the end of 2026. Those seasonal maps have not yet appeared in the news posts, meaning that announced content is still outstanding. Development is clearly active and on track — the developer has delivered every commitment made so far and is communicating regularly. The game remains in Early Access with further content confirmed.
