Toy Trains launched on January 16, 2024 as a complete VR experience with a story mode, challenges, and multiple boards. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped one substantial free update: the Infinite Loop Update on April 18, 2024, which added 12 new levels, a sandbox mode, track copying tools, and a table-turning perspective feature — effectively doubling the game's content according to the developer's own description.
Since that April 2024 update, there have been no further developer communications of any kind. The game has only two major content releases in its history (the launch itself and the Infinite Loop Update), and the gap between them was roughly three months. With no posts, announcements, roadmaps, or unreleased DLC visible since April 18, 2024 — now over two years ago — and no stated plans for additional content, the game appears to have reached its complete state with that final update.
