Trianga's Project: Battle Splash 2.0 launched out of Early Access on September 26, 2023, after roughly 10 years of development. The developer, Hung Mai, stated in an August 2023 post that this marked "the beginning of the end" of development, and explicitly confirmed that post-release support would continue in the form of bug fixes and minor tweaks — but framed the overall development arc as winding down. Following the 1.0 release, the game received a modest run of post-launch content: a skin customization system shipped in December 2023, a new character DLC (M.A.I.A) launched on January 30, 2024, and four cosmetic "Maid Outfit" DLCs released on April 17, 2024. All five listed DLCs are now released. The April 17, 2024 Maid Outfit release represents the last major content drop. Since then — through June 27, 2026 — there have been no further developer communications, no announced DLC, no roadmap, and no unreleased store listings. With roughly 3 major content releases post-launch across about 7 months (October 2023 through April 2024), the release pattern tapered to a close. The developer's own words before launch ("beginning of the end"), combined with the absence of any post-April 2024 communication or planned content, indicate the game has reached the end of its content lifecycle. The silence since April 17, 2024 — over two years — far exceeds any interval seen in the post-launch update pattern.
