Tribloos 2 launched on January 30, 2014 as a self-contained time management game with over 90 levels. The store description makes no mention of post-launch content, expansions, or ongoing updates, and the game was clearly designed as a complete package from the start. The developer's post-launch communications confirm the game was never intended to grow beyond its original content. On June 17, 2018, the developer announced Tribloos 3 as the follow-up to Tribloos 2, effectively treating Tribloos 2 as a finished entry in the series. More recently, on April 24, 2026, the developer (Andy) announced an entirely new game called "Build To The Moon" — a new title in the Tribloos universe — with no mention of any plans to revisit or add content to Tribloos 2.
