Venineth

Venineth is a single-player exploration and puzzle platformer developed by a two-person team over more than four years. In the April 9, 2020 pre-launch announcement, the developers explicitly stated that "the game is already finished" ahead of its April 16, 2020 release. The game launched as a complete, self-contained experience with over 20 levels and a full original soundtrack. Following launch, the team shipped two post-release patches in late April and mid-May 2020, adding features like ultrawide resolution support, a first-person camera mode, and minor quality-of-life improvements. The last developer communication was the May 16, 2020 patch. No roadmap, season pass, or announced future content of any kind exists. The only DLC is the standalone soundtrack, which released on April 21, 2020. There has been no developer activity since May 16, 2020, and no outstanding content commitments were ever made. The game was presented and shipped as a finished product.
