Evaluation
Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden launched on February 17, 2022 as a complete, standalone RPG — the second entry in Square Enix's Voice of Cards series. All eight DLC items (cosmetic items such as alternate card designs, avatars, and dice) were released on the same day as the game itself, bundled as optional cosmetic add-ons rather than story or gameplay expansions.
The developer's post-launch activity on this game's store page has been limited to an announcement of the third game in the series (Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burden, September 2022) and a minor bug fix patch on October 14, 2025. Neither of these represents new content for The Forsaken Maiden itself. No expansions, story DLC, or additional content of any kind has been announced or released for this title since launch.
The game was clearly designed and shipped as a complete, self-contained experience. The series has continued with a third entry rather than expanding this one, and the developer has made no statements suggesting further content is planned for The Forsaken Maiden.
Evidence
Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden launched alongside all cosmetic DLC on the same day, presented as a complete standalone RPG experience.
All 8 DLC items released on launch day; all are cosmetic (alternate card designs, avatars, dice, jukebox). No story or gameplay DLC was ever listed.

About this game
Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden is set on a remote chain of islands that have been protected by the maidens for generations, but which now face destruction. The hero of the story vows to save the islanders and sets sail for the high seas, together with Laty, a girl who failed to become a maiden.
