Evaluation
WAIFU IMPACT launched on April 23, 2021 as a self-contained third-person shooter set on a tropical island, with the goal of unlocking 6 characters. The most substantial post-launch update was the Arena Update on June 24, 2021 (version 1.0.4), which added a new area, game mode, boss, and playable character. After that, no further major content updates were made to the game. The developer's news posts since then have been entirely focused on promoting a separate new title — High School Dirty Secrets — with a demo announcement on February 24, 2025 and a full launch on November 6, 2025. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap promises, and no developer statements about future content for WAIFU IMPACT. The studio has clearly moved on to new projects, and WAIFU IMPACT appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained experience with its final content delivered in June 2021.
Evidence
Arena Update (v1.0.4) added a new area, game mode, boss waifu, playable character, and gallery content — the last major content update for the game.
Developer announced the full launch of a new game, High School Dirty Secrets, with no mention of any future content for WAIFU IMPACT.
