Watch

Watch is a free-to-play incremental game built around an ongoing collectible system: watches drop from the game every 30 minutes (up to 12 per day), are stored in your Steam inventory, and directly boost in-game stats. This rotating item delivery structure is the core of the game's design — it is intended to run indefinitely, making Watch a live service game by its fundamental nature rather than one with a defined content endpoint. The developer, Quiet River, has remained active since launch. Shortly after release in July 2024, they patched in a 2D mode (July 15, 2024) and a gameplay rebalance with real-time watch display and new Steam-logo watches available in the shop (July 25, 2024). The developer's news posts since then have primarily promoted other games in their catalog (Zup! Y in November 2024, a horror anomaly game in September 2025, and OxU 2 in February 2026), but the studio itself is clearly still operating. The game's live-service structure means there is no meaningful "completion date" — collecting and income-generation continue as long as the service runs.
