Water Margin Scrolls launched on March 4, 2026. In the lead-up to launch, the developer pushed frequent updates including a major content drop on February 22, 2026 that added 16 new levels, 30+ new characters, and 50+ weapons. After launching, the developer issued several feature patches and hotfixes through April 6, 2026 — covering balance tweaks, new battle speed options, and bug fixes. However, since April 6, 2026, there have been no further developer communications of any kind. The last post (a hotfix) was over six months ago relative to today (October 8, 2026). The pre-launch and immediately post-launch period showed a high-frequency update pattern, but that pattern has now gone completely silent for more than six months. Importantly, no future content has been announced, no unreleased DLC is listed on the store, and the developer made no explicit statement about ongoing development plans or a roadmap.
