Ways of Alchemy launched on August 22, 2025 and has received consistent post-launch support. After a rough technical launch — addressed through rapid patches in the weeks that followed — the developer published a forward-looking roadmap on October 31, 2025 (NEWS-5) confirming a November stability update, a December Cooking content update, and explicitly stating: "We plan to keep expanding the game throughout 2026." Both promised updates delivered on schedule. A full Cooking system and new Pathkeys exploration mechanic shipped on December 2, 2025 (NEWS-3), followed by a small holiday seasonal event on December 26, 2025 (NEWS-2). A bug-fix hotfix followed on January 16, 2026 (NEWS-1), which is the most recent developer communication on record. The two major content drops in December 2025 establish a clear pattern of post-launch content expansion, and the developer's explicit pledge to continue expanding through 2026 has not been contradicted by any later statement. No "final update" announcement has been made. The developer's last communication was January 16, 2026 — roughly 8 months before today's date of September 24, 2026. This silence is worth noting: while the December 2025 drops were roughly a month apart, the developer did not commit to a specific ongoing cadence for 2026, only to continued expansion.
