We Need More Humans! launched on September 1, 2026. Prior to release, the developer (Matt at Seafront Games) published a June 14, 2026 post that added a list to the demo's "Game Complete" screen explicitly outlining content coming to the full game: more upgrades, more locations, more evolutions, additional game modes, and customisation options. These were stated as planned additions beyond what shipped at launch. The game is very new — it released just six days before today's assessment date — and the developer has already posted a follow-up patch on September 2, 2026 addressing achievement tracking issues, showing continued engagement. No post-launch statement has walked back or fulfilled the pre-launch content commitments, so those plans remain outstanding.
