Whisker Squadron: Survivor

Whisker Squadron: Survivor launched into Early Access in early 2023 and spent roughly 18 months in active development before graduating to its full 1.0 release on February 21, 2025. That 1.0 launch was a substantial update, adding voiced character dialogue, new story content, a new endgame level and boss fight, and various gameplay refinements — representing the conclusion of the Early Access roadmap. The two DLC items listed on the store (the Soundtrack and Digital Extras, both released in 2023) are purely supplementary content and carry no indication of additional game content being planned. Following the 1.0 launch, the developer issued a minor bug fix patch on February 24, 2025 to address a Mac rendering issue, but there have been no further announcements, roadmaps, or developer communications since then as of June 14, 2026. The developer's August 2023 "just getting started" statement was made during Early Access and clearly referred to continued Early Access development — a commitment that was fully honored through the 1.0 release in February 2025. The game shipped its 1.0 as a complete, self-contained roguelite with 3 acts, a full voiced cast, and a resolved narrative. No future content has been announced, no unreleased DLC exists on the store, and the developer has been silent since shortly after launch. The game appears to have shipped as a finished product at 1.0.
