WhiteClothes is a free-to-play command RPG that launched on May 30, 2023. The base game ("First version") covers the first portion of the story, explicitly noting in the store description that the narrative stops partway through, with a level cap of 50 and approximately 30–40 hours of content, and that the remainder will be delivered as additional content. On January 27, 2026, the developer announced that the store page for the DLC "White Clothes Purify!" (ホワイトクロス ピュリファイ！) had gone live on Steam. This DLC is described as the story conclusion for the game, promising 50+ hours of playtime. The developer also noted that a major free update to the base game will accompany Purify!'s launch, adding difficulty settings, a new spectator party mechanic, UI improvements, and balance adjustments. The DLC remains listed on the store as unreleased with no release date announced. As of today (October 1, 2026), anyone waiting for the full story will still need to wait for Purify! to launch.
