Evaluation
Wife of My Boss launched on May 4, 2024 as a self-contained visual novel. The store description clearly describes a complete, bounded experience with a fixed feature set: approximately 1 hour of content, original artwork, and a defined story. The only DLC — an 18+ content patch — was released on the same day as the base game, indicating it was packaged as a day-one companion release rather than post-launch content development. There is no developer communication announcing future updates, expansions, or additional content, and no unreleased DLC appears in the store listing. The game launched as a finished product and shows no signals of ongoing development.
Evidence
Store description lists a fixed feature set including approximately 1 hour of content, suggesting a complete, self-contained product with no mention of future updates or expansions.
The sole DLC (an 18+ content patch) was released on the same day as the base game, functioning as a launch-day companion rather than post-launch content.
