Wilmot Works It Out launched on October 23, 2024 as a complete, self-contained puzzle game featuring over 60 original puzzles, 7 unlockable rooms, 20+ decorative items, Marathon Mode, and pet companions. The store description presents these as fixed, enumerated features with no mention of future content, seasons, or expansions. Since launch, the developer (Hollow Ponds) has maintained the game through a series of maintenance and quality-of-life patches — adding localization support for Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese in March 2025, and addressing various bugs through at least February 2026. The game also made its way to Nintendo Switch on May 22, 2025. None of these updates introduced new puzzle content or announced additional content for the future. Wilmot Works It Out is a puzzle building game about completing beautiful images and hanging them in your house.

You play as Wilmot, who likes to unwind from sorting out a warehouse by sorting out puzzle pieces. Yesterday’s puzzle was a snake wearing a hat, but today’s looks like it might be an octopus? …or maybe that’s a hamburger?

Once complete, you decide where to hang it. Then the mail person delivers a brand new puzzle! Oh dear, this one has a few extra pieces - I hope there wasn’t a mix-up at the puzzle delivery service!

Complete a series of puzzles to unlock new customisation options for your house, including colours, wallpapers, bookcases, and cats. This house is going to feel like a home in no time at all!
