Woodways launched on April 2, 2018 as a complete, self-contained puzzle game with 50+ levels. The only DLC ever listed is the soundtrack, which was released on the same day as the game itself. Post-launch activity consisted of a handful of bug fix patches through mid-2018, followed by a July 2019 announcement that the game would become free-to-play — with the developer explicitly stating that "nothing will be added or changed in-game" as part of that transition. That statement confirms the content was finalized at launch. There have been no announcements of additional levels, expansions, or any other new content, and the developer has not posted any updates since July 2019. The game launched as a finished product and remains so.

About this game
Woodways is a puzzle game in which you control all characters at once. Guide different animals to their destination, each with its own attributes and ways to interact with the environment. Travel through various areas with new mechanics and visuals, filled with all sorts of combinations of layouts and characters.
Woodways was designed as an introduction to the Puzzle genre, starting out with a friendly difficulty curve and slowly ramping up the challenge.
