Workshop Simulator

Workshop Simulator launched on March 10, 2022 and received active support in the months following release, including several patches adding features like expanded paint color options, accessibility improvements, and bug fixes. The only major post-launch content release was a free Christmas DLC on December 6, 2022, which added 10 new items to restore. A roadmap published on March 22, 2022 outlined plans for additional patches, content updates, and console/Nintendo Switch ports. However, no subsequent developer posts have referenced those console ports or any further content — and the roadmap's promises have not been addressed in any later communication. After the December 2022 DLC, developer activity dropped significantly. The most recent post on September 19, 2025 is purely a discount announcement with no development news attached. With no unreleased DLC on the store, no developer announcements of upcoming content, and a post-launch update history that concluded in late 2022, the game appears to have reached its final content state as of the December 6, 2022 free DLC. The studio has not communicated any plans for further updates, and more than three years have passed since any substantive development activity.
