X-Angels launched on June 21, 2024. In the days following release, Barance Studio shipped several bug-fix and feature patches (including update 1.09 on June 26, 2024, which added an encyclopedia system and save improvements, and a final fix on June 30, 2024). The developer's most significant post-launch communication came on August 23, 2024, when they celebrated over 70,000 copies sold and explicitly framed X-Angels as a completed project — expressing that they learned from the experience and directing their full attention toward their next game, a 3D ninja-training raising sim. There is no mention of planned DLC, expansions, updates, or further content for X-Angels beyond what has already shipped. The only DLC listed — an OST and an Artbook, both released on June 22, 2024 — are cosmetic extras that shipped alongside the game. The developer's August 23, 2024 post reads as a clear farewell to this title in favour of their next project.
