Evaluation

Yokai's Secret launched on February 6, 2020 as a complete puzzle/RPG game featuring 14 Yokai-girl characters. The developer shipped two DLC packs shortly after launch: a free 18+ content unlock (February 6, 2020) and an HD Wallpaper Collection (June 25, 2020). Both DLC items have been released, and no further DLC has been announced or listed on the store. The last updates to the game itself were minor bug fixes in June and July 2020, addressing resolution support and a language display issue. Since then, the developer's news posts on this game's Steam page have been entirely about a separate title, Miss Neko: Pirates, which launched in March 2024. There have been no announcements, patches, roadmaps, or content hints for Yokai's Secret beyond mid-2020. The game launched as a self-contained product and all announced content has shipped.
