Your Only Move Is HUSTLE launched on February 2, 2023 and has received consistent post-launch support. Major updates include the Version 1.8.0 blocking system overhaul (October 19, 2023), the addition of a new character Mutant in Version 1.9.0 (March 28, 2024), and most recently Version 1.10.0 — "The Aura Farming Update" — which shipped on June 26, 2026. This latest major update delivered an expanded style customization system (per-limb auras, dynamic triggers, custom hitsparks), a community events panel, and significant lobby improvements. On December 27, 2024, the developer posted a candid message acknowledging burnout and noting the game "was never meant to be a long term project," while mentioning a planned 6th character and an update still being finished on the unstable branch. That update was teased in a May 15, 2026 announcement and subsequently shipped as Version 1.10.0 on June 26, 2026 — resolving the outstanding content that had been signaled. The previous evaluation's content_planned warning was based on the May 2026 beta announcement; that content has now shipped. The game's major update cadence — roughly every 6–17 months — remains active, and the developer has not announced that development is complete. The 6th character mentioned in December 2024 has not been formally announced, committed to, or reconfirmed since that post, so it does not constitute a concrete outstanding commitment. However, the game continues to receive updates and the developer remains engaged, most recently with a full major release in June 2026.
