Zero Grounds

Zero Grounds is a free-to-play multiplayer FPS that launched on January 25, 2024. In the weeks following launch, developer Magic Pie was highly active, pushing multiple patches addressing optimization, crashes, localization, and gameplay balance. On February 17, 2024, the developer explicitly stated their commitment to "continue releasing updates in the future... adding new exciting content." However, the last recorded developer communication was a patch note on February 24, 2024. Since then — through to today, June 21, 2026 — the developer has posted nothing publicly. No patches, no announcements, no status updates. This is over two years of complete silence following a very active early post-launch period. The game's free-to-play multiplayer design would normally require ongoing support, but there is no evidence that such support has continued. Given the developer's stated intention to keep updating the game and then going completely dark, the current state of active development cannot be confirmed.
