Zone4 is no longer available for purchase on Steam. The developer officially announced on August 8, 2017 that the game's service — covering both the G&G and Steam platforms — would end on September 26, 2017. A follow-up post on September 26, 2017 confirmed the service had ended as scheduled. Prior to the closure, the game's servers had also been hit by a ransomware attack in July 2017. With no purchase options remaining on the store and an official service termination confirmed by the developer, the game is permanently offline and unavailable.
