Zoo Rampage launched on July 9, 2014 and received two post-launch patches: Update 1.1 on July 18, 2014, which added gameplay improvements and new features, and Update 1.2 on September 15, 2014, which focused on bug fixes and controller support improvements. There have been no developer communications of any kind since September 15, 2014 — nearly 12 years ago. No DLC has ever been listed for the game, no roadmaps or future content plans were announced, and the store description contains no indication of planned updates. The game launched and was polished through two early patches, then development concluded. It shipped as a complete, self-contained arcade-style game.
