Evil Maze 2 launched on March 8, 2019 and has received two paid DLC packs, both of which have shipped. The first, an uncensored content patch, released alongside the game on March 8, 2019. The second, the Lava Dungeon expansion, launched on September 30, 2021, accompanied by a significant update that redrew the game's CG artwork and added new content. The most recent developer activity was a major update on February 27, 2023, which completely overhauled all CG artwork in the game and added new art styles to the existing adult content DLC. No further content has been announced since that update, and the developer has not communicated any plans for additional DLC or expansions.
