A Date in the Park

A Date in the Park is a free, short point-and-click adventure game that launched on July 19, 2016. On October 13, 2016, Cloak and Dagger Games released its only DLC — a Collector's Edition — completing the game's content offering. No further updates, expansions, or content announcements have been made specifically for this title since then. The developer's post-2016 activity on this game's Steam page consists of announcements about their other titles (Legend of Hand, Football Game, The Terrible Old Man, and The Excavation of Hob's Barrow), and one maintenance patch in April 2019 to address a music copyright issue and rebuild the game in an updated engine. None of these communications indicate any plans for new content in A Date in the Park itself. The game launched as a self-contained short narrative experience and has been treated as a complete product since the Collector's Edition shipped in October 2016. Cloak and Dagger Games has continued making other games, but A Date in the Park is finished.
