Evaluation
Adventures of Shuggy launched on June 13, 2012 as a self-contained puzzle platformer with over 100 rooms, co-op levels, and multiple gameplay mechanics — all described as a complete package on the store page. The only post-launch update of note was the addition of Mac and Linux versions on October 30, 2015, which expanded platform availability but added no new game content. There have been no developer communications since October 2015, no DLC ever listed, no roadmaps, and no announcements of future content. The game was clearly shipped as a finished product, and nothing in the developer's communications suggests otherwise.
Evidence
Store description presents a fully self-contained game with 100+ rooms, co-op levels, boss encounters, and multiple mechanics — no mention of planned additional content or ongoing development.
Mac and Linux versions released — a platform expansion, not new game content. This is the last known developer communication.
