Evaluation

冬日树下的回忆AFTER is a free-to-play visual novel that serves as a sequel to the original 冬日树下的回忆. It launched on December 19, 2023 as a complete story experience. The developer (午后零时/MagicaLuv) has not announced any planned DLC, expansions, or future content for this title. Post-launch activity has consisted entirely of maintenance patches: version 1.0.1 on July 27, 2025 addressed localization, sprite display errors, and script refinements, and version 1.0.2 on November 16, 2025 fixed name display errors and made additional script adjustments. Separately, on December 25, 2024, the developer released a major remaster (v1.5) of the original prequel game (冬日树下的回忆), not this AFTER title. There is no roadmap, no unreleased DLC, and no developer statement indicating further content is planned for this game. The game appears to have shipped as a complete narrative product and continues to receive only minor bug-fix and polish updates.
