Aliens vs. Ghosts

Aliens vs. Ghosts is currently available in Early Access, meaning the developer has explicitly marked it as an unfinished game still in development. The game launched on July 6, 2022, and has received two major content updates since: the Multiplayer Update on December 11, 2024 (adding online co-op for up to 4 players, new maps, boss fights, new classes, and more), and the Water Park Map on May 17, 2026 (adding a new map with a boss fight, a new upgrade path for the Space Defender class, and five new Exo Upgrades). Between and after these updates, the developer has maintained a steady stream of bug fix patches, with the most recent on May 22, 2026. The developer has not announced a 1.0 release date or stated that development is winding down. The game continues to receive new content and is actively maintained.
