Evaluation

Alpha Hole Prison launched on May 19, 2021 as a complete visual novel dating sim with seven routes and 300,000 words of content. Shortly after launch, the developer released supplementary items (a strategy guide, art book, and soundtrack on May 20–21, 2021), followed by a perspective DLC on July 9, 2021 (Rin-Timber's Perspective) and a final story DLC called "Unfinished Business" on November 15, 2021. All five DLC items are released and none are pending. There have been no announcements of additional content for this game since November 2021. The developer's news posts from 2024–2025 are entirely focused on other Y Press Games titles (Monster Ops, Orc Covenant, Oni Onsen, Monster Lover 2), with no mention of new Alpha Hole Prison content. The game appears to have concluded its content cycle with the November 2021 DLC release.

Evidence

Unfinished Business DLC released — the final DLC for the game, completing the post-launch content lineup.
