Alpha League

Alpha League launched on February 22, 2024 as a free-to-play auto-chess/roguelike. The game received regular major updates through its first year: it launched a new Solarflare Season in May 2024 with new heroes and maps, then underwent a planned service pause from September 30, 2024 (announced August 24, 2024) to allow the developer to rebuild the game across platforms. The service relaunched in January 2025 with the Nirvana Season and patch 1.1.0, followed by the Valentine Build (1.2.0) on February 14, 2025 — introducing new heroes, artifacts, and a new dedicated app called Alpha League HD (Steam App ID 3471350). On January 28, 2025, the developer announced that Alpha League HD would become their primary platform for updates and player support, with this original app kept open only to facilitate a 6–12 month migration. All news posts since that announcement have pointed players toward Alpha League HD. The last communication on this app was a minor patch note posted on February 27, 2025. As of September 24, 2026, there has been no developer communication on this app for over 18 months. The migration window the developer described (6–12 months from January 2025) would have concluded somewhere between July 2025 and January 2026, with no update posted here afterward. The developer has not announced that this version of the game is shut down or complete, but they have clearly signaled that ongoing development is happening on Alpha League HD rather than this app. The current status of support for this specific title is unresolved.
