ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos launched on Steam on February 18, 2021. The developer released one DLC — Episode Yamato — on September 24, 2021, which added a new playable character and roughly 2 hours of additional story content. That DLC is the only one listed for the game on Steam, and it has been released. Since then, developer communications on this game's Steam page have been limited to a small bug fix in March 2023. The most recent posts from MyDearest are announcements for entirely separate games (DYSCHRONIA: Chronos Alternate and Brazen Blaze), not new content for ALTDEUS. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content for this title, and no developer statements suggesting further updates are planned. The game shipped as a complete VR narrative experience with multiple story branches, and Episode Yamato rounded out the post-launch content. All available content has been delivered.

Story:

The year 2280.
Humanity sought safety and salvation deep underground, establishing Augmented Tokyo. This 2km radius underground city became humanity's last bastion.
Chloe, a member of the Anti-Meteora military organization Prometheus, defends the city in her Makhia, a massive battle robot, battles against the Meteoras, alien beings of immense size and strength, with her companions.
