This is a clear and direct statement that Among Trees launched as a finished product with no further content planned beyond near-term bug fixes. The post-launch patch on November 26, 2021 was exactly that — a performance and optimization patch consistent with the promised bug-fix period. No DLC has been announced or listed, and no subsequent developer communications have revised these statements. The game shipped complete on November 10, 2021.
