Evaluation
Anime Girl Puzzles launched on April 19, 2024 as a free-to-play jigsaw puzzle game. It shipped with 24 base puzzles and a catalogue of character-based DLC packs to expand the puzzle count to over 200. All 10 DLC packs listed on the store have been released, with the most recent — Mei — shipping on August 19, 2024. No unreleased DLC is listed. The developer posted a feature patch on February 26, 2026 (version 1.0.10) that improved puzzle piece placement and fixed a Windows 11 display issue, and noted they are "committed to continue improving the game" in response to player feedback. This signals the developer is still engaged with the product, but it is maintenance-oriented rather than a promise of new puzzle content. No new DLC, expansions, or content roadmap has been announced. The game appears to have reached its content completion point with the final DLC release in August 2024, with the developer continuing to apply quality-of-life and compatibility fixes.
