Evaluation
Anonymous Hacker Simulator: Prologue launched on August 28, 2023 as a free standalone introduction to the full game. Its stated purpose from the beginning was to serve as the opening chapter — a sampler leading players toward the complete game, which was always being developed separately.
The full game, "Anonymous Hacker Simulator" (a distinct Steam product), launched on April 3, 2024. This was the content the Prologue was designed to lead into. A March 7, 2024 announcement confirmed the full game's release date, and the April 3, 2024 post confirmed it had shipped. The developer's November 21, 2023 post also explicitly stated they were "preparing full game to release," reinforcing that the full release was the outstanding deliverable the Prologue was pointing toward.
With the full game now released, the Prologue has fulfilled its intended purpose as an introductory chapter. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no outstanding roadmap commitments specific to the Prologue, and no developer communications since April 3, 2024 suggesting further content for the Prologue itself. The game has been content-complete since the full game launched on April 3, 2024.
