Answer Knot

Answer Knot is a short narrative game that launched on May 31, 2019. Shortly after release, Naraven Games published a quality-of-life patch on June 24, 2019 that fixed bugs, improved settings and controls, and added 2 bonus easter eggs — rounding the total to 33. That appears to be the last substantive update to the game itself. The only other developer communication is a January 30, 2023 post announcing the studio's next game, Backfirewall_. In that post, the developer reflects on how much they've grown since making Answer Knot, framing it as a learning experience and a stepping stone — language that treats the game as a completed chapter rather than an ongoing project. No future content for Answer Knot has ever been announced or hinted at. The game was clearly designed as a short, self-contained experience from the outset, and Naraven Games has moved on to larger projects. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmaps, and no outstanding commitments. The game is complete as shipped.
