Evaluation
AO Tennis 2 launched on January 9, 2020 and received a steady stream of patches throughout early 2020, adding new playable characters (Nick Kyrgios, Petra Kvitová, Alexei Popyrin, Taylor Fritz, Cristian Garin, Bianca Andreescu, and Victoria Azarenka), gameplay improvements, AI tuning, and bug fixes. The last recorded developer communication was on September 1, 2020, a feature patch addressing AI behavior and career mode balancing. No updates have been posted since that date. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no announced future content, and no developer statements about upcoming expansions or continued development. The game shipped as a complete product and received post-launch polish updates through mid-2020, after which all activity ceased.
