During its active period, the developer (重楼工作室 / Zhonglou Studio) released three major content updates: the first free expansion "南方魔教" (Southern Magic Cult) shipped on May 26, 2023, followed by the second expansion "万象更新" (All-Things Renewal) in stages through September 7, 2023, and a fourth server consolidation on September 21, 2023. The studio maintained a steady stream of bug fix patches and feature updates throughout April–September 2023. In both the September 5 and September 15, 2023 posts, the developer explicitly promised a major upcoming expansion called "北海陷空岛" (North Sea Sunken Sky Island), saying "don't miss it at year-end" and "thank you for your support — we'll keep developing, stay tuned for '北海陷空岛'." This expansion was also referenced in the store description as planned future content. However, the September 15, 2023 news post is the last communication of any kind from the developer. As of June 21, 2026, more than two and a half years have passed with no patch notes, no announcements, no expansion release, and no explanation. The promised year-end 2023 expansion never arrived, and the studio has provided no update on its status. The store page still reflects the original 2023 content and promises future expansions that have not materialized.
