Aragami 2

Aragami 2 launched on September 17, 2021, and received a series of post-launch updates adding new features: Photo Mode (December 2021), advanced customization options (March 2022), Classic Mode (March 2022), and difficulty modes (June 2022). In the June 13, 2022 patch notes announcing the difficulty modes update, Lince Works explicitly stated: "This is the last update we're bringing to Aragami 2, meaning that we'll not be working on future content - just some bug fixing patches when needed." This was confirmed again in their first anniversary post on September 16, 2022, where they said it was "time to move on and shift our focus towards brand-new adventures." Then, on March 7, 2023, Lince Works posted a farewell announcement stating the studio would "effectively stop the development of new projects indefinitely, starting this April" due to running out of funding. The studio confirmed that Aragami 2 will remain available and online co-op will stay accessible, but no further content of any kind is planned. The game's content was declared complete by the developer on June 13, 2022, and the studio itself has since closed.
