Assassin's Creed® Origins

Assassin's Creed Origins launched on October 26, 2017 and received a well-defined post-launch content cycle that has since concluded. The game shipped two paid story expansions included in the Season Pass: The Hidden Ones on January 23, 2018 and The Curse of the Pharaohs on March 13, 2018. Alongside these, Ubisoft Montreal delivered several feature patches adding Nightmare difficulty, New Game+, the Discovery Tour educational mode, and the Animus Control Panel. The final post-launch patch (version 1.5.1) was released on May 15, 2018, rounding out the game's active development period. All six DLC items listed on the store are released, including both Season Pass story expansions. No unreleased DLC entries exist and no future content for this game has been announced. A compatibility patch on January 14, 2025 addressed a Windows 11 issue — a maintenance-only fix confirming the game remains playable on modern systems, but not indicative of new content. Developer news posts surfacing on this store page for other Assassin's Creed titles (Shadows, Mirage, and Black Flag Resynced) are promotions for separate games and have no bearing on Origins' own development status. The game's content is complete.
