Attack Helicopter Dating Simulator launched on September 27, 2018. After a period of legal and financial difficulties that caused the studio to lose control of the game, Curse Box Studios returned on June 1, 2022 with a patch restoring achievements and new content. On December 17, 2025, they released Update 2.0 — a major overhaul featuring new art, music, gameplay modifiers (cheat codes), additional endings, overhauled UI, and a community challenge whose winners will have custom helicopter characters with their own storylines added to the game in a future update. The Update 2.0 post also explicitly announced a future update dedicated to music and sound. Most recently, on June 19, 2026, Update 2.33 shipped Spanish language support, new art and music, additional Valentine's Day interactions, and notes that fan translation patches for Simplified Chinese and Russian are actively in progress. The developer remains clearly active and has committed to specific future content deliverables.
