Evaluation

Autopsy Simulator launched on June 6, 2024 with its Dead Memories story mode. On the same day, the developer announced that a new simulation-focused game mode called "Autopsy Only Mode" was in active development as a free update. Throughout summer and autumn 2024, the team ran public playtesting sessions to gather community feedback on the mode. On December 12, 2024, Autopsy Only Mode launched as a free update, adding a full second game mode with three cadavers, a scoring system, and eleven new achievements. Following that launch, the developer shipped one further update on April 3, 2025 — the "Cheer-Up-Date" — which addressed community feedback around the main character's voice lines and delivered a broad set of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements across both game modes. There have been no developer communications since April 3, 2025, and no new content has been announced. The DLC list contains only a Digital Artbook that released alongside the game. The developer's update pattern produced two major content milestones (launch and Autopsy Only Mode) and a follow-up polish patch, with no roadmap, unreleased DLC, or statements indicating further content is planned. The last communication was over 14 months ago as of June 25, 2026, and no future content has been signalled. The game appears to have reached its complete state with the April 2025 update.
