Bad Boy Simulator launched into Early Access on January 2, 2021. The developer was active throughout 2021, shipping multiple feature updates and one major content drop (the "Killer Update" on May 3, 2021 which added 30 new chemistry class levels and new characters). The last developer communication of any kind was a milestone post on March 4, 2022, celebrating 5,000 players and teasing the possibility of a sequel. Since that date — now more than four years ago as of June 2026 — the developer has posted nothing: no patches, no roadmap, no status update, and no 1.0 announcement. The game remains in Early Access, meaning it is still officially marketed as an unfinished product, but there is no visible sign that development is continuing or that a full release is being worked toward. The complete absence of communication since March 4, 2022, well beyond the developer's previously active posting pattern, makes the current state of development genuinely unclear.
