Ballest of Them All launched into Early Access on October 23, 2025, with the developer explicitly calling it "only the beginning" and expressing intent to build "a ball game for the ages." Since launch, Low5ive has maintained a very active development cadence. Two major content drops have shipped: a first season of tracks (implied by Season 2's arrival), and Season 2 on August 25, 2026, which added 12 new tracks and a new Daily Challenge mode. A significant visual overhaul shipped on June 30, 2026, and a substantial physics engine upgrade (UE5.3 → UE5.8) shipped on September 14, 2026 — the same day as this assessment. The developer has also been running community events, such as the Lethamyr's Challenge event announced September 14, 2026, running through September 21, 2026. The June 2026 visual update post explicitly listed upcoming content: more physics props (cannons, seesaws, bumpers), more cosmetics, and an upcoming EA Season 2 — which has since shipped. The developer is clearly active, communicative, and continuing to develop the game toward an eventual 1.0 release.
