Bartender VR Simulator launched out of Early Access on February 9, 2018. The launch brought leaderboard integration and a Free Mode featuring 30 discoverable drinks. In January 2019, a bug fix post briefly mentioned that the team was preparing a PSVR version and planning additional drinks, but no such content ever materialized on the Steam store — no DLC was listed, no follow-up announcements were made, and the PSVR mention was never revisited. The most recent developer communication was a Steam sale promotion on March 14, 2024, which contained no development news. There have been no major content updates, feature additions, or developer communications about future content since 2019 — over seven years ago. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product and settled into a finished state shortly after its 1.0 launch.
